As mayor of the All-America City of Fayetteville I am very pleased that you are taking the time to get acquainted with our great a wealth of opportunity for citizens and visitors. Fayetteville serves a very important role in our nation. As home to U.S. Army Forces and Reserve commands, as well as our country's rapid deployment forces, we are proud to say that we watch over those who watch over us. Be sure to visit the new North Carolina Veterans Park on Bragg Boulevard, near the Airborne & Special Operations Museum. The park opened July 4, 2011 and represents a bold, beautiful, and contemporary living tribute to all branches of the military.
