• All bathrooms will be remodeled with some relocated for better logistics. More
shower stalls are in the plan. The laundry facilities will be relocated and expanded.
• Additional occupancy will be added with the addition of a second floor over the
dining room, increasing capacity to 114.
• Group study rooms are on the second and third floors. They will offer a quiet
environment and will range from 2-4 persons per room.
• Rooms will include twin long beds and wardrobes separated by half walls.
