MONTANA BETA CHAPTER OF SIGMA ALPHA EPSILON P.O. BOX 3343 MISSOULA, MT 59806 Address service requested BETA BEAT Sigma Alpha Epsilon s University of montana Alumni Update Chapter Eternal Don Lord '59 entered Chapter Eternal in February 2015. He was a resident of Missoula, Mont. Don was a treasured Montana Beta alumnus and an advisor to the chapter for many years. John Bailey '65 entered Chapter Eternal in January 2015. He was a resident of West Glacier, Mont. He was a talented singer, the chapter song leader, and an active community leader. His enthusiasm and support will be missed. John's wife, Robin, wrote the following note to John's Montana Beta brothers. Our children, Chris, Stanford SAE '90, and Kate, along with their families and I thank all the Montana Beta brothers for the incredibly thoughtful and touching phone calls, e-mails, texts, and cards we have received while John was in the hospital and in the days following his death. He talked to many of you and was so energized by your love, prayers, and encouragement. These would make John smile, and after each contact, he had a story about the SAE adventure that reminded us what a wonderful part of his life in college and afterward the SAE brotherhood has been. He was always proud to be an SAE and I continue to treasure these lifelong friendships. You are wonderful, compassionate men who reached out and brought smiles and strength to the Baileys during a time of transition, and we thank you.—Robin Bailey Alumni News Richard K.
