Charles A. Richard '79
has been nominated for
appointment to the rank
of rear admiral. Richard
serves as commander,
Submarine Group TEN, in
Kings Bay, Georgia, where
he is responsible for the
readiness, training, logistical, administrative,
and personnel support of all U.S. ballistic
missile and guided missile submarines in the
Atlantic fleet.
