achieving the Boy Scouts
of America's highest
award during the Eagle
Court of Honor cer-

tion honoring Jack accomplishments. Council members Carol Kelley and Mark
Orgeron (an Eagle Scout) were in attendance along with other dignitaries. In
addition to meeting all the requirements to achieve the Eagle Rank, McElwain
had received the STEM/Nova Award in Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics. Jack's fi nal completion of his Eagle Project, was planting 8 trees
and designing two new benches in front of Quartzsite Town Hall.
Quartzsite Business Chamber of Commerce hosted a Ribbon Cutting
for Linda Marie's Skin Care on Friday, March 27th. Linda Marie's
Skin Care is located at 250 E. Main Street, Quartzsite.
