WANT TO BUY KNOCKING OFF THE CHILL WITH CHILI KNOCKING OFF THE CHILL WITH CHILI Photos Provided By: Joy Turner, librarian, Mountains Branch Library The Friends of the Mountains Branch Library held their Second Annual Chili Cook Off Saturday, March 14, at the Temple of Jesus Fellowship Hall. The cool, rainy weather made for a perfect chili day, and there were 11 spicy chili competitors inside. Approximately 65 tasters turned out to vote for their favorite fl avor, which was again awarded to Tom Neff, who earned a Silver Spatula for his chili cooking skills. The event included a 50/50 raffl e, which was a fundraiser for the Friends group; all proceeds go to support the Mountains Branch Library. PLEASE RECYCLE PLEASE RECYCLE WANT TO BUY
