George A. Smith, GR 509, entered Chapter Eternal on Saturday, February 7, 2015. George was a resident of Ada, Oklahoma, at the time of
his passing and is survived by his wife, Merlene. Memorial gifts may be made in memory of George A. Smith to the Mike Dicus Memorial of
Lambda Chi Alpha, 904 College, Norman, Okla., 73072.
David B. Moody, GR 993, was elected a fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society in London on July 27, 2012. His election was in recognition
of his past and continuing contributions to the field of astronomy and astrophysics. David graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1982
and continued his graduate work at Texas A&M. He and his wife, Beth, live in Canyon Lake, Texas. E-mail: bicparker@mac.com
