There will be a dinner and celebration at the QIA on March 6, 2015 at 6:00 p.m. Cost is $2.00 for Members; and, $7.00 for non-mem- bers. The QIA was the original "Civic Center," and the hub of early com- munity activities and location of Town Council Meetings. As a commemoration of the 50 years of volunteer service to the Commu- nity of Quartzsite, small items will be collected at the dinner celebration for consideration for inclusion in the Time Capsule. We would like to have a small item from your group or organization, along with a short explanatory note, to include in this important legacy. Luther Michael Page was born on 2-8-2015 to Courtney Richardson and Thomas Page. He weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces and is 18 inches long. He is the light of his mommy and daddy's world.
