Horse drawn carriages will roll up and down Hay Street, merchants' windows will be adorned with Victorian holiday decorations and artisans and vendors will be selling delightful treats as carolers sing classic holiday songs. The highlight of the evening is a candlelight processional to the Market House to watch a tree lighting and fireworks.
