Giving to the Future of Beta Mu Generous Contributions Needed You are the only one who can place a value on your Beta Mu membership— on the lifelong friendships you made, on the development of your values and principles, and on the many ways Beta Theta Pi enhanced your college years. Join us in making a monumental impact on the future of this Fraternity. Five-Year Pledge Program To help donors make the largest gift possible, gifts may be spread over a five- year period. However, early gifts to the campaign are preferable to help reduce borrowing costs. Because of the magnitude of Beta Mu Chapter's need, we urge all alumni to consider major gifts to the campaign. Honoring Beta Mu Alumni Gifts in honor or in memory of other Beta Mu Chapter alumni, as well as family and pledge class gifts, are welcome. Recognition in such cases will be given to both the donor and honoree. How to Give While tax-deductible donations are always welcome, our most pressing need is for funds to cover our immediate construction costs which require non-tax- deductible donations. Gifts of securities are also encouraged, as there are often significant tax advantages to the donor. (For professional advice, please consult your tax advisor.) Recognizing Loyal Donors While all donors will be recognized in campaign publications, supporters of the project who contribute $5,000 or more will be recognized on a prominently displayed plaque.
