January 7, 2015 www.DesertMessenger.com 35 QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department December 10 - December 31, 2014 12/10: Jerry Winemiller, 65, from Paragould, AR was cited and released for Dog at Large. 12/11: Tyler Peterson, 21, from Ukiah, CA was cited and released for Driving with a Suspended License. 12/11: Gary Callahan, 56, from Quartzsite was booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct – Fighting. 12/14: David Berryman, 52, from Quartzsite was booked into jail for Pos- session of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct. 12/16: Everett Linton Jr., 53, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Threatening/Intimidating. 12/17: Rigoberto Nunez, 42, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Shoplifting. 12/19: A Juvenile from Quartzsite was charged via Juvenile Referral for Assault. 12/20: Richard Sipe, 61, Transient was booked into jail for Attempted Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Consuming Liquor in Public. 12/20: Hud Loyd, 50, from Blythe, CA was charged via long-form for Possession of Burglary Tools. 12/22: Rigoberto Nunez, 42, from Quartzsite was booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Trespass. 12/23: Joel Rickman, 18, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Violation of Driving Restriction, No Valid Registration, and No Mandatory Insurance. 12/23: Vanessa Thompson, 51, from Quartzsite was cited and re- leased for Failure to Comply with Court Order, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespassing. 12/24: James Young, 30, from Fort Valley, GA was booked into jail for DUI (above .08), Extreme DUI (above .15), Super Extreme DUI (above .20), and Driving with a Suspended License. 12/24: Richard Catton, 27, Tran- sient was booked into jail for Litter- ing, Loitering, and an Active Warrant out of Quartzsite Magistrate Court for Criminal Trespass. 12/24: Darrell Jackman, 73, from Blackfoot, ID was booked into jail for Disorderly Conduct – Fighting per Domestic Violence, and Criminal Dam- age. 12/25: Michael Reed, 49, from Lake- side, AZ was charged via long-form for Burglary and Criminal Trespass. 12/25: Kerry Culver, 52, Transient was cited and released for Consuming Liquor in Public. 12/25: David Workman, 61, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Consuming Liquor in Public. 12/25: Chancey Merwin, 46, from Quartzsite was booked into jail for Weapons Misconduct, Endangerment, and Discharging a Firearm near an Oc- cupied Structure. 12/26: Richard Sipe, 61, Transient was cited and released for Consuming Liquor in Public. 12/29: Edward Howell, 20, Tran- sient was cited and released for At- tempted Possession of Marijuana. 12/29: Steven Cotner, 50, from Jackson, WY was booked into jail for Extreme DUI (above .15) and DUI Alcohol/Drug Combination. 12/30: Gilbert Cordova, 37, from Tucson, AZ was booked into jail for an Active Warrant out of Pima County Superior Court for an original charge of Fraud. 12/31: Anthony Reese, 21, Transient was booked into jail for Theft.
