Hospice of Rutherford County is hosting a "Coping with Grief During the Holidays" seminar Wednesday, November 19 from 1 pm to 2 pm at the Carolina Event and Conference Center. CECC is located at 374 Hudlow Road, Forest City beside the Annette Cash Whitaker Center of Living. Cy Miller, MDiv, BCC, Hospice Chaplain, will be conducting the seminar. The seminar is open to anyone in Rutherford and surrounding counties and will discuss ways to make the holiday season less stressful for those who have lost a loved one. Miller will discuss specifi c coping strategies for dealing with emotions and how to honor loved ones in meaningful ways over the holidays. The seminar is offered at no cost to participants, however, those who plan to attend are encouraged to call 828-245-8873 to register.
