As a symbol of marriage, an engagement ring or just an overall fashion piece, designers are moving towards thicker, more intricate platinum bands to create big, everlasting looks. More trends are expected to emerge from the competition and provide an inkling of what platinum will look like at retail. First time PGI participant Dora International walked away with the 2013 Buyers' Choice Award for the Platinum Wedding Band category.
