Meetings
S.P. Holding Company and Alumni Association
The annual meeting of the Gamma-Rho Alumni
Association and the S.P. Holding Company, both
non-profit Oklahoma corporations, will be held
on Sunday, May 4, 2014, at 3:30 p.m. These
meetings will be held at 904 College in Norman,
Oklahoma, for the following purposes:
1. To elect officers and directors to serve for the
ensuing year until the next annual meeting of
members.
2. To act upon other matters as may properly be
heard before the meeting.
These meetings are being held as specified in the
bylaws of the corporations. For more information
