QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department February 29 - March 11, 2014 3/5: Steven Oshea, age 50, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Theft. 3/7: Jennifer Doud, age 28, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Threatening/Intimi- dating per Domestic Violence. 3/7: Robert Jackson, age 57, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for Two Out- standing Warrants out of La Paz County for Failure to Comply. 3/8: Jennifer Russ, age 37, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for an Outstand- ing Warrant out of Quartzsite Magistrate for Failure to Pay on a Suspended License. 3/8: Robert Jackson, age 37, out of Quartzsite, was cited via long- form for Theft. 3/9: Vanessa Thompson, age 50, from Quartzsite was cited via long-form for Assault per Domes- tic Violence and Theft. All persons included in this report are innocent of crimes until proven guilty in a court of law. The cost is $15.00 per year and the card must be posted inside the food unit. Cards must be obtained prior to opening. The Food Handler class and test will be given at: Quartzsite Se- nior Center, 40 Moon Mountain Road. NOTE: If you need a Spanish video and test, please contact the Health Department at 928-669-1100. Food Handler Classes Quartzsite Community Bible Church is now starting it's sum- mer music jam schedule and will be allowing amplifi ed instruments and playing music other than and including Gospel music. Let's have a good jam summer. Summer jam TOPS in Quartzsite Quartzsite- TOPS- Take Off Pounds Sensibly is now meeting Tuesday mornings at Quartzsite Alliance Church Fellowship Hall on Desert Vista.
