Campaign sTaTus aT-a-glaCe As of February 28, 2014 Goal: $1.2 Million Total Committed: $470,000 Number of Contributors: 32 Participation: 3.2% We need your support to provide our undergraduate members with a safe and comfortable Chapter House. Undergraduates Encourage Alumni Support of Capital Campaign, Appreciate Your Financial Contributions W ith the capital campaign underway, the undergraduate members are doing everything they can to assist with the house improvement efforts. Chapter President Bradley Bartel '14 reassures alumni that the active members are helping Chi Phi move forward. "Our members are very appreciative of our alumni's continued support and financing of the Chapter. Without them we wouldn't be on campus. We have discussed during our Chapter meetings the importance of presentation and representing our organiza- tion, so we have initiated weekly house cleanups, ensuring the house is properly maintained. The alumni are investing a large amount of money into the Kappa Chapter House, so we want to make sure the house is in good condition for when they visit. We are also helping establish Chi Phi through our philanthropy and volunteer efforts, presence on campus, social networking, job growth, and graduate school entrance. "I think the campaign will not only improve the house, but also remind alumni to stay involved. Our largest factor of Chi Phis in Wisconsin are alumni, not undergraduates. We invite alumni to stay involved whether that be through visiting the house on Bad- ger game days, speaking at our Chapter meetings, or making financial contributions. As a Chi Phi, my life has been significantly improved in many ways. It has given me opportunities to give back through philanthropy and volunteering. It has given me the chance to socialize and become lifelong friends with men and women at Wisconsin that I would have never met without the Fraternity. In addition, I have seen firsthand how many brothers have matured and moved on to successful careers. They have in turn given me advice and opportunities to further my own career." The Chapter is excited for the progression of the campaign and will contribute in however possible. They invite any and all alumni back to the Chapter House for a visit.
