As my tenure draws to a close, I realize that I have experienced a lot of changes, both on a personal level and at the Chapter level. A large portion of my work is to oversee the day-to-day activities of the now 150-man Chapter. This has been a tremendous opportunity for me to develop and strengthen my leadership style and to help shape the lives of the young men who are the future of Ohio Delta. Unfortunately, it was the Chapter's poor performance several years ago that initiated my arrival. Having previous experience working for the Phi Kappa Psi National Headquarters in Indianapolis, I was hired to help steer the Chapter in a better direction and to ensure that Ohio Delta's 130-year history as the oldest, continually operating fraternity on OSU's campus lived on. I am eternally grateful to the young alumni who stuck it out through the social suspension period and paved the way for future generations of Phi Psis. I have seen the Chapter integrate the use of functioning Chapter committees to accomplish their semester and yearly goals. Philanthropy and service work have become a part of the Chapter's identity and sense of pride. The Chapter has made great strides to reduce the risks incurred during social events and has taken active positions within the Interfraternity Council at OSU. I have seen the Chapter's size almost double; a fact that speaks to the monumental renovation of the Chapter facilities, the quality of the Chapter's members, and the many opportunities that members are afforded once accepted into the fold of the Ohio Delta Chapter. I am impressed by the insight that the undergraduate members have developed. They care about their brothers, their future, and the success of I Visit Our New Website - Developed with Alumni, Chapter Focus - http://ohiodelta.com ave you visited our new website?
