February 5, 2014 www.DesertMessenger.com 37 QPD Arrest Report The following arrests were made by Quartzsite Police Department January 9 - January 23, 2014 1/10: Sheley Fredricksen, age 18, from Parker was cited and released for Excessive Speed. 1/13: Joseph Yarbro, age 26, from Quartzsite was cited and released for Assault and Disor- derly Conduct. 1/13: Charles Gaillard, age 65, from Kalamazoo, MI was charged long-form for Theft of Means of Transportation. 1/17: Lorianie Jarrele, age 28, from Quartzsite was ar- rested and booked into jail for Failing to Remain at the Scene of an Accident and Re- sisting Arrest. 1/19: Leonard Smestad, age 41, from Quartzsite was ar- rested and booked into jail for two Outstanding Warrants for Failure to Pay Child Support. 1/19: Richard Eaton, age 57, from Quartzsite was arrested and booked into jail for two Outstanding Warrants out of Oklahoma City for Failure to Comply with Court Order and Failure to Appear. 1/19: Ronald Fancher, age 74, from Pocatello, ID was arrested and booked into jail for an Outstanding Warrant out of Mohave County for DUI and Driving with a Suspended License. 1/19: Adam Goldstein, age 41, from Phoenix was cited and released for Excessive Speed.
