This event brings car enthusiasts from the surrounding area to display their pride and joy or to feast their eyes on other beautiful vehicles, or they may come for the thrill of the burnouts. Friday evening kicks off with the very popular burnouts where competitors burn rubber and create clouds of smoke, bringing cheers from the excited crowd. Participants don’t often get the opportunity to burn out in front of a police station with the chief of police watching and waving the starting flag. The evening culminates with a cruise down Solano Street, which is like driving down memory lane for some. Saturday is the Show and Shine. Solano Street is closed to traffic as people stroll the street and have the opportunity to find vendors with food, car related items and much more. The cars are judged, the burnout finals are held and the ever-hoppin’ hydraulic show are highlights of the day. 7 Red Bluff Junior Round- Up Queen Contest Crowning, Tehama District Fairgrounds, (530) 527- 5920 7, 14, 21 & 28 Wednesday Farmers’ Market, 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Downtown Red Bluff, (530) 527-6220 10 30th Annual Jubilee, Tehama County Museum, 275 C Street, Tehama, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, (530) 384-2595, tcmuse@tehama.net 10-11 Red Bluff Junior Round-Up, Tehama District Fairgrounds, (530) 527- 5920 17 Fall Craft Fair, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Red Bluff Community Center, (530) 527-8177 17 PATH Walk, 9:00 AM, Red Bluff City Park, (530) 527-6439 17 Beef N Brew Tasting, DRBBA & T.C.
