There are five (5) council seats up for the recall. Information & candidates packets are available at Town Hall, 465 N. Plym- outh Ave. Deadline for returning packets is no later than January 6, 2011, 5:00pm. Recalls are for the offices of Joe Winslow, Patricia Anderson, Jerry Lukkasson, Bar- bara Cowell, and Jose Lizzaraga. Coun- cil Member Bob Kelley did not receive enough valid signatures for the recall. P��� 27 All seven council members were elected to their seats in the spring of this year. Petitions began circulating shortly after officials were sworn in on May 22, for all but Mayor Foster, who had not been in office for the minimum requirement of 6 months. Recall papers have been pulled on Mayor Ed Foster, who is now eligible for recall. To vote in the March 8th election, vot- ers must register by February 7, 2011.
