Just Desserts
After a day spent fighting
the crowds in the mall, you deserve a treat. You’re going to love us for this, the prettiest and easiest dessert you’ll ever make. All you’ll need are one pomegranate, a container of vanilla ice cream and some pretty, preferably clear glass, dishes. Wine glasses look especially indulgent. Simply cut the
pomegranate in half and scrape all the seeds into a bowl. Place a scoop (or two) of ice cream into each dish and top with pomegranate seeds and you’ve got a lovely, festive dessert. Bon Appetit!CV
