Diamantopoulos came to Fayetteville in 2004 to turn around a failing Miami Subs store – and made it the number one store in sales in both Carolinas. He started Gyro City Grill on Robeson Street in August 2006 and added Wing City Grill next door in February 2010. Takis Michalos joined him in April 2010 as a business partner.
