AUDIT BY CIRCULATION COUNCIL VERIFICATION Over 45,000 Combined Weekly Distribution Rutherford Weekly and Shelby Shopper & Info Big Pattern Change! Finally, after what seemed like a very long dry spell, the gears of change are in motion. A large upper low is about to “cut off” from the jetstream and park itself just to our west for a few days. The details of exactly where this occurs are still sketchy, but as of the time of this writing, it looks like everyone east of that low will get humid, cloudy and eventually get wet. This stationary system has the potential to really put down a lot of rain wherever it stalls, and that could include us, especially as we get into early next week. But our weekend looks to be affected too, with the first front coming in Saturday. We could all use the rains and cooler weather, so this is a welcome blessing. If the low develops too far west, then we’ll get some showers but it would take a while to really get the rain guns going... but eventually we’ll finally get some.
