BUILT TO LEAD
Promoting Development through Mock Interviews
Mike Levand '74, Advisor for Built to Lead, has coordinated a project to help
Undergraduate Brothers sharpen their job interview skills. Brother Levand created a
mock interview process, recruiting eight Graduate Brothers to conduct interviews. He
collaborated with Danny Stapp '25, Chairman of the Chapter's Built to Lead committee,
to enlist 38 Undergraduate Brothers to submit résumés and application letters for the
Graduate Brothers to review. The project continued through April.
