Celebrating 100 Years, Building for 100 More

ast spring, we shared that we have the best team to take on the
construction of the new Gamma Theta house. Today, we still need
one vital piece: you.
We have raised a little over $2.6 million from 259 brothers for
the Celebrating 100 Years - Building 100 More capital campaign.
Their support shows how much value they place on their Sigma Chi
experiences; however, only 12.4% of our alumni make up this number.
While we appreciate their dedication in helping to provide a strong
future for our chapter, we need the help of all brothers to successfully
complete the construction of our house.
Now is the time to give. If we want to start construction in time for a
fall 2025 completion, we must close the gap to $4 million. Remember,
beginning construction later will put us at a disadvantage both financially
and competitively. We still have around $1.4 million to raise, which is
where your support would be greatly appreciated.

With more brothers on board, we can reach our goal—but we need to do so
quickly. We must start construction soon to stick to our timeline. Every dollar
will bring us closer to $4 million and a new home for our collegians.
Help us celebrate 100 years of Gamma Theta by paving the way for
Demo Day in May and a ribbon cutting in the fall! Our builders,
consultants, and financing partners have been hired. All we're missing is
a few more contributors who can pay it forward and close the gap.
Our time in the Sigma Chi house has greatly contributed to the men
and leaders we are today. Help us provide a similar experience to our
