lambda chi alpha SPRING 2024 EDITION ALPHA ETA NEWSLETTER oklahoma state university alumni association alpha eta I am thrilled to provide a positive report on the condition of our Chapter House. Your continued support and contributions have played a significant role in maintaining and improving the living experience for our current members. OVERALL IMPRESSIONS Our Chapter House remains in great shape. Members are working hard to maintain an exceptional level of cleanliness, which has fostered a sense of responsibility and respect for our home. We have implemented a more structured and rotating cleaning schedule to ensure consistent tidiness. MAINTENANCE ISSUES There are no maintenance issues with the Chapter House at this time. We experienced a few plumbing and other small miscellaneous issues that were quickly resolved. All plumbing, electrical, and other concerns have been professionally attended to, ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents. GENERAL UPDATES In light of recent events on campus, our Housing Corporation has agreed to upgrade our camera system to ensure the safety of our members and our facility. Recently, office furniture as well as miscellaneous recreational amenities have been donated to improve our study room and to help members enjoy their home while strengthening relationships. We are also looking to update our basement open area with a couch, TV, and other items to provide another space for our members to gather. SAFETY There are no safety issues or concerns at this time. We passed our annual fire inspection from the fire marshal and any issues that may arise will be taken care of appropriately. WHAT ELSE? As we continue this positive momentum, we are exploring additional opportunities for further enhancements. Future projects may include landscaping improvements or furniture and tech upgrades. We want to express our deepest gratitude for your support. The positive condition of our Chapter House is a testament to the legacy of our fraternity, made possible by the commitment and generosity of you all. If you have any questions, suggestions, or would like to visit the house, please do not hesitate to reach out to our executive board.
