WHAT LIES AHEAD
Costs for live-in members will rise 15% or
more in 2024-25, but we endeavor to be market-
sensitive and keep our house accessible for as
many undergraduates as we can.
To that end, our commitment as alumnae must
continue. If we improve cash flow, we can reduce
the debt, refinance to a lower monthly payment,
and finally have a reserve for unexpected repairs
and replacements.
We offer our sincere gratitude to those who
have donated in the past; you helped build the
beautiful house we now seek to preserve. To all
our sisters, please consider an ongoing pledge
over three to five years to provide a home for
generations of Epsilons to come!
