Gamma 1970s Reunion Thank You, Thank You, Generous Donors Generous Donors KEEPING OUR HOME IN SHAPE Fellow Gamma Brothers, A momentous—and many of us think long overdue—shift is occurring at our house; it is going DRY again. For the next several years, the Alumni Board anticipates a decrease in membership and brothers living in the house in part to this change. This means our rental income will decrease, but our mortgage will not. Currently our mortgage balance is $614,000. The monthly payment is $6,170, and the payoff date is 2035. The best way to help Gamma Chapter is to help us pay off the mortgage. If you are in a position to help pay a portion of a payment, it would be greatly appreciated. If you are able to generously contribute an entire payment, it will go a long way to helping us adjust to this new circumstance the house is facing.
