"The Town of Quartzsite Council will consider this matter at its regular Town Council meeting to be held at the Quartzsite Town Council Cham- bers, located at 465 N. According to the Arizona Depart- ment of Public Safety, violators could be charged with a class two misdemeanor and the fines, plus court costs, can range from $460 to well over $1,000, depending on injuries.
