e've heard such great things about the 2023 biennial Kappa
Delta Convention from our alumnae Chapter attendees.
Here are a few highlights from the event:
AWARDS AND ACCOLADES
Our alumnae Chapter received an Alumnae Achievement Award.
Kappa Alpha Chapter earned both a Merit Award and an award
for financial responsibility.
Chapter President Elizabeth Manning '21 was one of this year's
recipients of the Corre Anding Stegall Leadership Award, the
highest honor given to a collegian. Beth Martin Langford '78
was honored for her many years of service as she stepped down
from her position as chairman of the Kappa Delta Foundation.
The foundation announced the Imagine Her Future campaign
raised more than $4.6 million to increase scholarship support
for Kappa Deltas, exceeding the original goal by more than $2.1
million! More than 11,000 virtual roses were sent during the
convention, with Beta Epsilon (Tulsa) winning the White Rose
Garden challenge.
