and academic needs
• Study room downstairs to support all
academic needs

such as appointments, interviews,
exams, etc.
• Leadership study room for privacy
and space for leadership meetings
• Upstairs TV room and downstairs
library to give space for
sisterhood building

o remain competitive and create a safe and updated chapter house, Texas Eta CHC has put together an
all Pi Phi linked team to lead this project. We have engaged nationally acclaimed designer Julie Dodson
from Dodson Interiors and renowned Houston architect Graham Luhn to develop a plan for the next 40 years
of our Pi Phi home in College Station. This award-winning team has taken the opportunity to hire collegiate
members to engage in internships to support our housing project through professional work experience and
mentorship opportunities.
Our all-Pi Phi team includes Julie Dodson,
Mississippi Beta, who is a nationally acclaimed
