2 The BATTLEFIELD SIG B rothers, I hope this update finds you all well. Theta Chapter extends its sincere regards to each of you as we dive into the new semester. The past few months have been exhilarating for our chapter, and we are excited to share some of the highlights. S T R E N G T H I N N U M B E R S Theta Chapter is in high spirits and eager to see what the fall semester will bring. The brotherhood feels stronger than ever as our 34 brothers reconnected after a productive summer break. F R AT E R NA L H O N O R S For the 14th year in a row, Theta Chapter received the highest honor a Sigma Chi chapter can earn: the Peterson Blue Significant Chapter Award. The brothers continue to bring honor through excellence by upholding the high standard set by our brothers before us. The chapter is also proud to have won the Order of Omega's Highest Chapter GPA Award and Best New Member Education Award for the fifth year running. C O M M U N I T Y I M PAC T Theta's annual Derby Days fundraiser, benefiting the Huntsman Cancer Institute, raised more than $30,000 this year. In achieving that goal, Theta brought together more than 300 participants from Gettysburg's sororities and members of the community and other student groups.
