THIS TIME?
With generous Alumni help, Alpha Iota has
already purchased and paid off the 2.5 acres on
Razorback Road to build our new home.
We have teamed up with Core Architects
and McClelland Consulting Engineers to
develop site and architectural plans.
OUR GOALS:
Build a Chapter house that brothers and
Alumni will be proud to call home.
Provide competitive amenities, including
multiple study rooms and lounges, two
officer suites, a basketball court, an outside
multipurpose facility, parking for all
members (in-house and out-of-house),
and an up to-100-member chapter room.
Create a rallying place for all brothers to
come together, strengthening their bond
through shared experiences, discussions,
and activities.
Provide spacious bedrooms for 25 brothers
and ample common areas consistent with
the best student residences in Fayetteville.

experiences that come with a permanent place to call home.
