lpha Gamma Rho is about friends coming together
across varied walks of life, finding common
interests and a common cause, and pursuing a passion
for bettering themselves and the industry that they love.
Nearly ninety years ago, Alpha Iota was established at
the University of Arkansas, which began a long-standing
history of brotherhood and fellowship.
Alpha Iota Chapter has had over 1,300 members initiated
since 1934. Our Chapter has nurtured and sustained
men during their formative years and cultivated lasting
friendships in the process. Alpha Iota has been a crucial,
foundational experience, preparing our brothers to lead
and persevere through life's challenges. Many of Alpha
Iota's graduates have made significant impacts on the
greater agricultural community.
Looking to the future of Alpha Gamma Rho at the
University of Arkansas, we can provide a better home for
young men to form stronger bonds of brotherhood and
succeed academically, socially, and professionally.
Now is the time to make our mark on U of A's campus,
providing a home to outlive us all and support for
generations of AGR men.
