Teach a Class!
The OLLI Curriculum Committee
invites knowledgeable, passionate,
and engaging individuals to propose
a class. We are seeking current and
retired university faculty, distinguished
community members, business leaders,
hobbyists and others to share their
knowledge on a wide variety of thought-
provoking topics guided by member
interest.
OLLI classes are offered in a variety of
formats, including multi-session courses,
hands-on workshops, ongoing study
groups, or one-time lectures, hikes or
walking tours, and even online through
Zoom. Instructors are provided with
all the resources needed to develop a
successful course and provided support
throughout the process.
Teaching a class with OLLI is a great way
to share your expertise, highlight your
business or industry, or share your love for a
topic with other like-minded individuals.
To learn more or to propose a class, visit our website,
olli.uark.edu/participate/teach, or contact us directly.
The proposal deadline is April 30 for fall proposals
and October 30 for spring.
Share your knowledge and experience with an audience
that is hungry for learning and lively discussion.
I can't begin to tell you how much I
appreciated the invitation to come to my
old stomping ground and share some of
Tulsa's history. The University of Arkansas
was such a wonderful part of my life and
truly set me on an exciting adventure. I am
grateful. Your OLLI organization deserves
accolades for putting on this enlightening
and engaging series. I have no suggestions
for any changes as you all are practically
perfect in every way.
Best,
Woo Pigs!
