MISSING A CLASS: If you miss the first meeting of a class, please call the OLLI office at 479.575.4545 or email olli@uark.edu to learn whether the next meeting location or time has been changed. If you register for a class and decide not to attend, please call us to let us know because many classes and activities have waiting lists. WEATHER CANCELLATIONS: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute typ- ically follows the University of Arkansas's Inclement Weather Policy. This policy can be viewed at uark.edu under Fayetteville Policies and Procedures 210.0. U of A clos- ings are announced on the uark.edu web- site and on all local television stations and KUAF radio. CLASS CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: When dropping/cancelling a class you MUST contact the OLLI office at least five (5) days prior to the start of the class to receive a partial refund. A cancellation fee of $15 or the cost of the class, whichever is less, will be taken from the refund. NO refund will be processed if the regis - tration is not cancelled at least five days prior to the first class session. Refunds are processed once a month. Payments made by credit card will be re- funded back to the credit card account. Payments by cash or check will receive a refund check mailed to the home address. Receipts will not be sent for refunds. *Note: You will receive a full refund if OLLI has to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, instructor illness, etc.). Memberships are non-refundable. COURSE EVALUATIONS: Following the final session of all courses participants will be sent an electronic evaluation form via email using Google Forms. Please complete these evaluations and provide honest and open feedback. The information collected on the evalua- tions is used by the instructors and cur- riculum committee to develop future courses. Fayetteville Municipal Airport (Drake) Policies Please do NOT go into the pilot and flight lounging areas or outside the back of the building to view the planes. It is advisable to dress in layers due to fluctuating tem- peratures at this location. You may bring your own beverage or snacks to class. Please watch (and read) all notifications. PHOTOGRAPHS: OLLI reserves the right to take photo- graphs or videos during the operation of all programs and events to use for promo- tional purposes. By registering for an OLLI program, participants agree to allow their images to be used in such photography. Participants who prefer that their images not be used are asked to contact the OLLI office at (479) 575.4545 to make that re- quest.
