Toby MacDonald is a locally grown product of Venice and graduated from Venice High
School in 1997. In 2016 he joined the family business at Horse and Chaise Rentals and
Property Management. Toby earned his FL Real Estate Broker's license in 2019 and
obtained full control of the company where he has worked diligently to maintain high
levels of service for clients in need of property management services.

Maggio is most proud of "growing the family legacy" from what his grandparents started
in 1982. His pearls of wisdom are to, "Think outside the box and go with your heart on
whatever you do." Maggio followed his heart and made a rock-solid choice. He grew up
in the family business and realized when he was 24 that he had a passion for it. "I enjoy
creating unique custom jewelry."

Christina McCauley has been working with nonprofits for 18 years. Her favorite part has
always been the volunteers. "It is incredibly touching to watch so many individuals give
their time, talent, and treasures (free of charge) to help improve the lives of others - often
total strangers." Christina's advice to all new professionals is that "nobody immediately
knows what they are doing in any professional position. If you are committed,
hardworking, and passionate, the rest will follow and you will thrive."
