eal estate advisor Kim Vogel is all about
helping people fulfill their residential
dreams in Sarasota, Manatee and
Charlotte counties.
For 14 years, her ability to make connections
has allowed customers to acquire new
construction, luxury, waterfront, and resale
homes.
"Over the years, I have developed deep
and lasting friendships with customers and
neighbors along the way," Vogel said. "ese
deep relationships have given me the privilege to
sell the same home on three different occasions."
Vogel recognizes prospective buyers are
drawn to Florida for a multitude of reasons. She
assists those needing fast transactions as well as
those with the luxury of taking time to find the
perfect property.
New construction is not without challenges,
including longer wait times. "e timeline for
many new homes being built has been stretched
out to two years. It oen depends on how fast
contractors are able to get their materials to get
the job completed."
Vogel uses social media marketing tools
to her client's advantage. Oen, though, her
biggest strengths are networking and longtime
relationships which generate new referrals and
repeat transactions.
In contrast to the fast pace of the market the
past year or two, Vogel said some buyers now
are "taking a step back due to the inventories
available and the lack of urgency to get the
sale completed." Even so, the market remains
very active and people continue to move to our
communities every day.
