Page 2 2022 was an incredible year of growth for Beta Omicron, and the new executive board is working tirelessly to make 2023 the best in Beta's history. This past spring semester, Beta Omicron initiated a class of 11 new members, bringing our Chapter to 94 active members. These men uphold the core values of Beta Theta Pi, and I look forward to seeing what they will accomplish as they help take the Chapter to new heights. In April, Texas Beta hosted our annual Casino Night, raising over $8,000 for Texas 4000 to support the fight against cancer. We also ran in Comfort Crew for Military Kids' Fun Run on May 7. Thank you to everyone who helped with both events! Looking ahead, we have several plans to make this fall even better than the last. Summer recruitment is underway at the time of writing, which we intend to channel into an increased focus on building membership in the fall. Secondly, we want to increase our impact on the greater Austin community by working with more local charities. Lastly, we want to build stronger connections with you, our fantastic alumni. We are working around the clock to make this happen; your ideas and feedback are more than welcome too. Thank you for your continued support of Beta at Texas! If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please contact VP of Communication Christopher Cardenas '24 at communications@texasbeta.org.
