When Sam and Kellie Ross started Ross I.T. Services in
2006, they made it their mission to create customized,
cutting-edge business technology solutions while
providing world-class customer service. Ross I.T. Services
goes beyond traditional network solutions. The team
takes a deep dive into their clients' business, designs a
streamlined plan for success and implements it in a way
that can be adapted to future technological advances.
Sam Ross was born in Moore County and went to college in
Fayetteville, quickly establishing his roots in the community.
Kellie, a Fayetteville native, spends her time outside of
work volunteering in the community and at their daughters'
schools. They attend Snyder Memorial Baptist Church with
their two daughters, Hannah and Caroline.
The tight-knit staff, all from the greater Fayetteville area,
has created a family unit within the business. Heather
Privette, the office manager, handles the company's day-
to-day tasks with patience and grace. The technician team,
comprised of Tony Hall, Tony Bass, Vernon Williford and
Zachary Grimes, rely on their combined 75-plus years of
experience to handle anything thrown their way. The team
hasn't met a problem yet that they can't solve.
Ross I.T. Services is committed to serving as a partner in
business, handling all aspects of technology solutions so
that business owners can spend their time doing what they
do best — serving the needs of their customers and clients
right here in Fayetteville.
With the expansion of their mobile remote division and in
order to better serve their clients and provide even more
opportunities and inventory, the Ross I.T. team will soon be
moving to its new location at 101 Hunter Circle, just down
the road from their current location.
