It's HOT outside. Luckily, Northwest Arkansas has a lot of places to cool
off this summer.
In addition to many lakes, creeks and streams, here are some of the
public pools and splash pads in Northwest Arkansas. Check out one of
these or contact the parks and recreation department in your community
to find one near you and have some splashy fun this summer!

50-meter competition pool ranges in depth from 3-8 feet. For younger
children, there's a 1-foot-deep wading pool that features a raindrop
fountain deck. For the more adventurous, there is a 13-foot-deep diving
well with two spring diving boards.
Monday through Thursday: open swim noon to 5 p.m., lap swim 5:30 a.m.
to 7 p.m.
Friday & Saturday: open swim noon to 7 p.m., lap swim 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday: open and lap swim noon to 5 p.m.
Admission: $3 for adults (18+), $2 for children (3-17), kids under age 2 are free.

Located at one of Fayetteville's most popular parks, Wilson Park Pool is
surrounded by shade trees and hosts "dive-in" movies through the summer.
Offers recreational swimming, instructional swimming lessons, fitness
opportunities and family swim times. Concessions are available.
Open swim: Monday through Friday, 1-4:30 p.m; Saturday & Sunday, 1-6
p.m.
Family swim: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6-8 p.m. Admission $8/family,
only during family swim hours.
Regular admission: $4 for adults $4, $3 for children; Punch Pass (10 visits)
for $35; season passes available.
