Through strategic planning, we will enhance our recruitment events and strengthen our presence on campus, ensuring that we attract individuals who share our values and are dedicated to personal growth, academic excellence, and community involvement. • Increase our community service hours and participation in philanthropy events. By offering a variety of volunteer opportunities and collaborating with other organizations on campus, we will encourage our members to actively engage in service and contribute to the betterment of our community. • Enhance our alumni outreach, recognizing the invaluable resources that our former members represent. By fostering strong relationships with our alumni, we can create a network of support, mentorship, and guidance for our current brothers. • Improve our academics, understanding the critical role that education plays in personal and professional development.
