Rose Acre Farms will start construction of Desert Valley Egg Farm in fall 2023, investing more than $100 million on the farm, which is expected to be complete by 2026. Desert Valley Egg Farm will house 2.2 million cage-free laying hens and will create an additional 150 jobs, bringing Rose Acre Farms to more than 300 employees in La Paz County.
