No aisle (butt) fans allowed. This is to include overhead fans attached to fan cages. 14. All cattle must be back from tie outs and in barn by 9:00am. 15. No community water buckets are allowed. Animals must be watered in stalls. 16. All animals will be inspected INSIDE the trailer prior to entering the barn area. If any animals on the trailer are contagious the ENTIRE trailer will be sent home immediately! Clover bud (5 to 8 years of age) 2. Junior (9 to 11 years of age) 3. Intermediate (12 to 13 years of age) 4. Senior (all junior exhibitors 14 years of age or older) This department is open to exhibitors ages 5-8 as defined in the Benton County Fair General Livestock Rules. All general livestock rules of the fair apply to this department. In addition, the exhibitors in this section are subject to the following regulations. 1. All Clover Buds must be an ACTIVE Benton County 4-H member in Good Standing at the time of nomination/ entry as well as time of the fair, by entering any projects in the Benton County Fair in Arkansas, you acknowledge that you have not and will not exhibit any projects (livestock, crafts, canned goods, etc.) in any county fair in this calendar year. 2. Animals must be owned by exhibitor. 3. All the same requirements for the beef heifer show will still apply: Females only, registered animals will need to fit into a Registered Breeding Beef Class with Registration Papers. Commercial Heifers will need to be 400# minimum weight. 4. Class breakdowns will not necessarily be by breed, age, or weight. Class breakdowns will be determined by the superintendent to fit the exhibitor's situation and needs. 5. All animals will be inspected INSIDE the trailer prior to entering the barn area.
