All entries in this division must be the work of the amateur exhibitor. 2. Vases of value should not be used. 3. Names and addresses should be on the bottom of containers. Neither the Fair Assoc. or the Benton County Master Gardeners will not be responsible for containers, arrangements or accessories. 4. Plant material may be all fresh or all dried no mixing (no silks). 5. Accessories are permitted. 6. Plant material used in designs may be purchased if desired. 7. Exhibitors are encouraged to refresh arrangements during the week if needed. 8. Exhibitors may enter only one (1) entry per class. 9.
