Plant material may be all fresh or all dried no mixing (no silks). 5. Accessories are permitted. 6. Plant material used in designs may be purchased if desired. 7. Exhibitors are encouraged to refresh arrangements during the week if needed. 8. Exhibitors may enter only one (1) entry per class. 9.
