Rules: 1. 4-Hers and Youth between ages 9-19 may enter one (1) entry in each class. 2. Entries must fit the category entered. 3. Photos must be original work of the exhibitor, taken in the last year. Photographs must be 8 X 10 matted within an 11 X 14 mat. Must have a stiff backing no thicker than mat board. No frames, Glass or Foam Board 5. Entries will be labeled on the back with the Name, Age, 4-H Club and Title of Photograph. If the individual is not a 4-H member the word Youth should be substituted for the name of the 4-H Club. 6. All entries will be awarded with a Blue, Red, or White ribbon. Color Photography ClASS 1. Animal (Not to include a person or persons as the dominant feature) 2. Action 3. Scenic (Not to include people or pets) 4. Flower (Includes any type of vegetation) 5. Geometric or Abstract (Includes Architecture, Bridges, Sculpture, Monuments, Fireworks, etc.) 6. Portraits (Portraits are posed photographs showing an individual or small group such as couple or family. Subjects will be shown in one of four (4) formats: Head and Shoulders, from Head to Waist, ¾ body (Head to Knees), or full body) 7. People (Includes both candid /human interest photographs) 8. Creatively Enhanced 9. Conceptual (Includes still life, etc.) 10. Wild Card (Any photograph that does not meet the criteria for any other category) Black and White Photography ClASS 11.
