Pageant day: 1. All contestants will receive their numbers when they check in. 2. Competitions a. 0-7 divisions will compete in Casual wear only. a.i. Casual dress- play wear and/or boutique type outfit (if you have questions please email). Failure to comply will result in a deduction of points. a.ii. 0 month-7 year Contestants should arrive dressed and ready to proceed to stage. There are bathrooms you are welcome to change in but, there will NOT be dressing rooms available. b. Little Miss (8-9 yr) and Young Miss (10-11 yr) these divisions will compete in TWO stages of competition. b.i. Fair Wear and Evening Gown and Onstage Question. b.ii. Little Miss and Young Miss contestants will have ONE dressing room backstage. NO MALES ALLOWED. NO HAIR/MAKEUP ARTIST ALLOWED. ONLY ONE PERSON PER CONTESTANT. NO PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE ROOM. NO FOOD/DRINKS. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. **Due to distance and height of the stage and lighting, contestants 0-11 contestants may wear makeup, if they would like. Please keep this minimal and age appropriate. Makeup is not required to win the pageant and is the sole discretion of the parent. c. PreTeen (12-13 yr) will compete in TWO stages of competition. c.i. Fair Wear and Evening Gown and Onstage Question. c.ii. PreTeen contestants will have ONE dressing room backstage. NO MALES ALLOWED. NO HAIR/MAKEUP ARTIST ALLOWED. ONLY ONE PERSON PER CONTESTANT. NO PHOTOGRAPHS IN THE ROOM. NO FOOD/DRINKS. Failure to comply with these rules will result in disqualification. d. Jr Queen (14-17 yr) and Miss (18-23 yr) will compete in THREE stages of competition. d.i. Private Interview-7 minutes long and will account for 50% of the overall score. d.ii. Sportswear - Public d.ii.1. Sportswear will account for 15% of the contestants overall score. d.ii.2. Sportswear attire- BLACK sports bra or tank with BLACK biker shorts/ spandex or capris length tights. NO LEGGINGS ARE ALLOWED (any questions please email) d.iii. Evening Gown and Onstage Questions- 35% of score. e. Ms (24-34 yr OR Former Miss Benton Co) and Mrs (will compete in THREE stages of Competition. e.i. Private Interview-7 minutes long and will account for 50% of the overall score. e.ii. Fair Wear-15% of the contestants overall score. e.iii. Evening Gown and Onstage Questions- 35% of the contestants overall score. 3. State Fair Pageant; a. 0-12 winners will have the opportunity to compete at the State Fair Pageant in October.
