No mixes are accepted. Only products made from "scratch" may be entered. 2. Cookies and other food suitable for freezing may be cooked and frozen ahead of time if necessary. 3. All food products must be on small paper plates and placed in closable plastic bags. 4. Food Items will NOT be returned. Photos will be taken of food items and displayed.
