Desmet Jesuit High School Business Our new members in Delta class (2026) are ready to perform their first serenade of the year! Welcome, New Members THE START Coming to KU, Bryson and his two best friends took a leap of faith and went through recruitment together. "I joined Delt because the chapter had a lot of opportunity to grow and improve within my pledge class," Bryson said. "Sigma class was recruited to be a new start for Gamma Tau." Bryson and his Brothers have invested so much into the chapter that they will always feel a sense of belonging to the Fraternity—that's what keeps him invested in Gamma Tau today. "I was able to connect with some of the current officers at this year's Karnea, and every once in a while, I will get a text from the president asking for input," he shared. "I am not local, so I am not as involved, but I try and attend alumni events when I can and support the undergraduates as needed." ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE "Not local" would be an understatement for Bryson, as he is currently studying abroad in Europe. This has been a goal of his for a while now, but studying abroad during his undergraduate career would have impacted his graduation date. "When my master's program at UNC offered a one-week immersive course in Zurich, Switzerland, that looked at different business models, strategies, marketing niches, and cultures that enabled the economic strength of the country, I jumped at the opportunity. This was one of the best academic and professional experiences I have had to date." CAREER ASPIRATIONS Bryson has also enjoyed his experience as an R&D engineer. Every day is a learning opportunity to broaden technical skills and excel his career. The role is collaborative across cross-functioning teams that test theories, implement new process, and play with robots. "Gamma Tau enabled the connections to get my resume on the table of a manager who conveniently was also a Delt," Bryson shared. "The Fraternity provided me a mentor very early in my professional career, who has provided opportunities and helped me move toward my aspired career." Between work and school, Bryson is limited on free time, but he enjoys the gym, traveling, and a good book. You can connect with Bryson at brysonb078@gmail.com. Branching Out (Continued from page 1)
