Local teen photographer Quin Warsaw captured all the
four-legged fun at two recent events in Bella Vista.
The "Weiner Takes All" race featured Corgis and "weiner
dogs" (Dachshunds) racing against each other. There were races
for other breeds and even a dog costume contest. This is the
17th year of the race that raises money for the Bella Vista
Animal Shelter.
Another fundraiser for the shelter this summer was the
"Dog Days of Summer." More than 90 dogs enjoyed an end-
of-summer dip in the Kingsdale swimming pool.
Quin is teen who has always loved animals. He is a volunteer
intern at a local animal hospital and a volunteer photographer
for the Bella Vista Animal Shelter and Northsong Wild Bird
Rehabilitation. He has two pet birds and a miniature horse.
